Every year I had been very tired overnight trips of this seasons, but I'm feeling great now.
I guess that intaking protein powder every day is good for me. Japanese meal especially in my home is lack of protein, I found recently. So protein powder made me in good shape.
Mascle pain which I had when I started mascle training really disappeared much faster than I expect. And after that I hardly have mascle pain thanks to drinking protein with cocoa.
Watching twitter, I see many Japanese intaking protein for their fit. It's becoming a kind of trending word among a part of Japanese.
