I will talk about this. I'm continuing this muscle traning.
I bought training mat to protect floor.
I felt burdened of my shoulder, but my muscle pain around shoulder is almost vanished. I started intaking protein with cocoa powder. I'm in good shape except for appearance of my torso.
As side effect of this training, I'm also in good shape of my mind. I'm great recent few days. Exercise made me happy, but by some chance I had been bad in nutorition.
I have also been stopping alcohol for about a week. It's a good symptom for me to do that without worrying.
